All participants will receive in their registration a Full City
Transport Pass valid during their stay in the School.

Transport to and from Strahov to Masarykova Hall (Dejvice)
is suggested the Bus # 217. At the following hours:
Each way the bus ride takes
about 25 minutes.
ARRIVAL
& ACCOMODATION (STUDENT PARTICIPANTS):
On arrival to Strahov Campus (Strahov, Prague 6), please
go first to Reception
of BUILDING 1 (BLOK 1) where room registration is done and room
keys will be distributed. This reception (in BLOK 1) is open 24 hours. Please
provide your name and mention „Summer School“.

Student Talks have been included in the Program. Please
check the Date and Hour of your Presentation.
The school Banquet will take
place on Wednesday 11th at 6:30 pm in Masarykova Hall. All
participants are invited.
PLENARY
COURSES AND TALKS
Speakers
are kindly asked to give their courses/talks and prepare the
presentations in a clear and introductory and explanatory way.
This
event is a Summer School, not a Conference or Workshop. The audience is
very broad composed namely of Undergraduate and Graduate Students.
The
time allocated for each presentation includes a 3 – 5 minute eventual discussion (questions).
Due
to limitations in Time and Program and Audience Capacity, Speakers are kindly but
strictly asked to observe their time space. During presentation, the
speaker will be announced of his/her time limit (3-5 min before ending). No time extensions
and/or delays will be allowed.
Speakers
who do not finish their presentation during their scheduled time will be asked
to stop. Their course/talk can continue later (during the break or after the day
program session).
Program
Session Chairs will be asked to observe and strictly enforce the time
limit for all speakers and students.
Please
deliver your presentation (electronic file) on time (at least one day before)
to Vlastimil Kral (see 2nd Circular).
POSTERS
·
Wednesday
11th from 15:30 to 16:00 h.
·
Thursday
12th from 16:00 to 16:30 h.
All presentations are expected and will be gradually made available to participants during the School (to be placed on the School Web Site).
Please
deliver your files
(see instructions) either
We
ask students to deliver their papers as early as
possible in order to have the papers reviewed by the corresponding
Session Chairs during the School. Also to allow for eventual
corrections/discussions to be done during the School.
WI-FI
IN LECTURE HALL
Participants
can have and use their portable laptops during the School. The School Lecture
Hall will have Wi-Fi internet access during all the
time of the School.
POST
(MAILING) ADDRESS
Participants
will be asked upon registration to provide their post mailing address (where
their copy of the School Proceedings Book will be shipped.)
SAFETY
& SECURITY
Participants are advised to watch their portable
laptops carefully (bring a wire lock). Unfortunately, theft of unattended laptops,
cameras may occur. Also watch and secure your equipment during the School
Lectures and during meals and all times.
SCHOOL
ATTENDANCE
Participants
are expected to attend the entire School Program and will be entitled to a Certificate of Attendance (to be issued).
