Detectors for Neutron Imaging

Neutron radiography and imaging is getting more importance for many applications in science and industry. An overview of commonly used neutron imaging detectors will be given. New types of 3D and composite semiconductor neutron detectors with high detection efficiency and spatial resolution will be presented.
