Participation

The School is intended for University students majoring in Physics, Engineering, Medicine, Biology (2nd to 5th year) and Ph.D. students (1st to 2nd year).

Interested participants should fill out and submit the application form as indicated below.

School Fee

School fee is 590 EUR covering both participation and accomodation (double room in University hostel), full board (3 meals), city transport full ticket, coffee breaks, AIP proceedings book (one copy), school banquet.

Financial Support

Participants from JINR member countries can apply for partial financial aid.

Participants from Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania can apply for full financial support (for limited number of students). Questions please contact corresponding coordinating persons:

Arrival and Accomodation

Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 8 July (between 6 pm and 9 pm) to the Building 8 of the Strahov Dormitory of the CTU in Prague (see map) where they will be accomodated during the School.

Departure is expected during Thrusday 19 July.

School Venue

The School will take place at the Masarykova Hall of the CTU in Prague (see map) which is located in the district Dejvice, Prague 6, near the End Station "Dejvicka" of Metro A.
