Current use cases for GPU accelerated iterative reconstruction at the chair for X-ray microscopy

 When moving from standard, medium resolution CT
 system towards limited data CT, sub-micrometer resolution
 or contrast modalities other than absorption, 
 iterative reconstruction techniques become
 an indispensable tool despite their higher
 computational complexity. An overview of
 use cases and respective GPU accelerated
 iterative approaches developed at the chair
 of X-ray microscopy will be given.
