Switching current regulator for SiPM biasing
The device is designed for biasing silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs). The input voltage is 5V while high output of 40V is created. The temperature dependence of SiPM is compensated by current source. The required current can be set manually. The device is used for further SiPM investigation.
