The Institute of Experimental and Applied Physics CTU in Prague hosted the international MEDEX’23 conference, held within the period from September 4^th  to  September 8^th, 2023 in the premises of the Café Louvre, Národní 22, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic.

The MEDEX (Matrix Elements for the Double beta decay EXperiments) conference is dedicated to the presentation of different methods of nuclear matrix elements (NME) calculations in connection with nuclear double beta decay processes. Extended scope of the MEDEX conference include also other areas where the same sort of techniques are applied, namely: in dark matter detection, rare electroweak decays, and in neutrino-nucleus scattering processes.
