In the March issue of the Vesmír magazine, an article about the deepest underground laboratory in Europe, the LSM Modane has been published. This laboratory is located at depth of 1.7 km in France under the Fréjus peak in the Savoie Alps on the border with Italy. The Czech Republic, including our institute, is also involved in the projects and experiments carried out in the laboratory.
